I have beening dealing with depression, acute anxiety, worry and fear for 45 years. Depression entered my life when I was 7 years old. At one point, I thought I was the only Black person who had this illness. I am from the South. When I was growing up and you mention depression you were going to the "crazy house" (which was a Mental Hospital). I know I didn't want to go to the crazy house. So, I suffered in silence. I kept working as if nothing was wrong. You can do that only so long. I have an excellent therapy. I also have faith in Jesus Christ who has sustainied me thus far. If I could just help one person through through this journey, I 'd know this 45 year journey was not in vain. I fully support the Stay Strong Campaign. All I can say is is "thank you" for its development. The Stay Strong Campaign will exceed it's goal because God has placed some exceptional people at the helm. Blessing.

This is a powerful,great idea that can heal a vast of

black people in this country.

I think if possible, The book " Black Pain " should be

sent to prison's in this country so black females

and black men can heal themselves before they come back

to the black communities all across this country.
